I vote NO. This is the reason M8 was not confirmed officially in a news release but rather released on a low note. As they knew it was material, and they had to release it. Chu said it was released on the low so not to diminish the great news of mr. Fab coming on board. IMO. This was also the reason for the dumping, the other day. They don't want the share price over $2 if it was, they wouldn't need the reverse split.
Don't kid yourself, the manipulators are our leaders. This stocks value will move much lower, and make for an easier cheaper takeout by mr. Fab and his empire people. IMHO.
