Catching up on the theme of many of the recent posts reminded me of a recent quote I read which stated "the surest way to gain weight is to go on a diet".

If my most recent purchases have subsequently seen the sp fall then the surest way to make it rise is to sell. Theres been a lot of this lately so expecting the bounce.

To avoid any possible confusion in translation - This is an ironical statement and encourage all to focus on the long term.
