open market insider buy Markt: Inventash
26th March 200,600 shares at $1.20 per share
27th March 157,300 shares at $1.27.
28th March 92,000 at $1.34.
4th April 150,000 at a price of $1.49,
followed by 25,000 shares at $1.50.
open market: Pinetree Capital
March 25th and April 4th. 898,900 shares between $1.20 and $1.49.
1.6 Mio - 2 Mio Shares ...
On 20th April i was at 69 Mio accumulation at 152 Mio Shares = 45 %
excluding the 7% to 13% of Management which the could buy with their options
and assume IBK of 3-5 Mio Shares without having the fix number.
It looks like they prety much above 50% :
-Management
-Inventash/Pinetree
-IBK (White) ....
additional warrants/option are executable anytime...
Just a rough calculation:
Till 31th Dec. 2013 they have had 35-37% of 132.5 Mio. Shares.
= 48 Mio Shares
Exectable 70 Mio Warrants/Optionen is possible:
-Management
-Inventash/Pinetree
-IBK (White)
to buy earlier as they have done....
2 Mio Shares to UNICO University Connecticut to be added if they are in the boat but not excers .
= ca. 120/200 Mio ~~ 60 % thats pretty much what i could count, something wrong ???
As far as i know they bought the several days at open market.....
