Approximately 950k in warrants have been exercised this week.
To try and get a handle on potentially how many more warrants may be exercised see the following table (does not include warrants that become free trading in June).

SI controlled 13.5 million warrants as of the end of 2013. Mike White holds 2.1 million warrants (including wife’s) If we assume those warrants will not be sold this would leave 25.9 million warrants in potentially weaker hands (retail). So far in 2014 a total of 14.6 million warrants have been exercised (calculated from share count data). This would suggest that there is the potential for 11.3 million more warrants to be exercised. It is impossible to predict how many of these will be exercised but with the increased volume that we are seeing one can conclude that the actual overhang presented by the remaining warrants is rapidly being depleted.
