To all board members, we would be naive to think that someone or two, or even three suitors are not out there right now. Hostile takeover is in the realm of possibility. There will be people on these boards with hidden agendas and not representing themselves in sincerity. There will also be posters with more than one identity, posting in concert. It be hooves us all to remain cautious and skeptical on these boards, IMO. When is the shareholders rights plan coming?
