Listening to Dr Taylor yesterday, something that sticks in my mind, is confirmation of exactly what POET is. I don't see POET as a specific chip. But, a radically different building arhitecture going forward to allow the next level of IC solutions. This, will be used to expanded upon and be developed upon well into the future, allowing continued improvements like we have become accustom to with SI. Dr Taylor basically told us yesterday that going forward the existing options are running out and this is why there will have to be a shift to whats next the POET platform. I got a sense that once the technolgy is in the hands of the PDA's, amazing things will be created by those individual entities and that basically the value lies in the IP and and a new method to create these solutions. POET will be many chipset solving many different problems because it can. All being built in a radically different way because it is now possible.
