True, sort of. But its given investors more information to allow them to conclude there is a decreased probability of a near term deal, then was previously expected. As a result you have the lack of share price movement after the news that everyone, as usual, cheered on here. If they announced this after announcing MS7 with a preliminary deal attached, this would have been much better received by investors. Why has the short position increased so much? If everything was so rosy, we wouldn't be sitting in the same SP range for the last 2 years. Come on folks, all perspectives need to be considered.
