Also my feeling. Having been burned with MDG I can`t help but feel that this manipulation is for the purpose of foul play. I don`t see how Dr Taylor could prevent this. ?

Let`s be realistic, in most such situation, the BOD is swayed. Well known that no one can resist temptation for long. I`d rather have a legal position safegarding the rights of everyone. I feel this possibility is not adressed with the vigor it warrants... my opinion.
