That thought has crossed my mind. Anonymous is not necessarily one buyer. I had posted about this previously and an eerily similar experience in the past. It all started with the same kind of manipulation we've been seeing.
Anything is possible. That company (BIM) was the subject of two seriously low ball hostile bids. The two competing bidders eventually joined together, somehow got control of the BoD and took the whole thing out at least 4 times less than the anticipated value. A class action lawsuit was filed, and is still before the courts.
Can someone remind us about how Dr Taylor could single handedly thwart this possibility? I remember reading some of your theories on this.
