If a company is listed on multiple exchanges like ours is. What are the mechanics of buying out such a company? I understand if a company is only on one exchange, you buy all the shares, you own the company. But with multiple exchanges having multiples of share counts, how does this work? I understand with all warrants and options exercised we have in the vicinity of 200 million shares out. But that is only related to The Venture. What about the other exchanges? How do those holding shares in German/ European exchanges get bought out at the same time? Would the # of all global shares of a company, our company need to be tabulated into the final buyout price?
Can anyone speak to this?
