What I don't get is why Max would want CMM so low when he owns 40%. Even after the merge I think his total control increase to over 51%...that sure seems like a small increase in % in exchange for having such significant drops in WTG and CMM share prices.

It seems like he's losing money no matter what right now, which is bizarre with gold at 1700 per oz.

Guess I don't understand how this Russian Billionare thinks...
