in response to balducci's message

From a technical perspective, any way you slice it, the use of the word disinterested is wrong. I don’t think the minority shareholders fall under either:

Definition (1) below – I think we all want personal advantage that is the nature of investing – which would happen without the interference we are being subject to, or;

Definition (2) below – The very fact that we are here posting (collectively on Agora, SH and the Igloo) as well as having a CSC would suggest we do have/feel an interest in this matter!

from Merriam-Webster:

dis·in·ter·est·ed

adjective/disˈintəˌrestid/   /-tristid/

1. Not influenced by considerations of personal advantage

- a banker is under an obligation to give disinterested advice

2. Having or feeling no interest in something

- her father was so disinterested in her progress that he only visited the school once
