I think that the May 24 beneficial ownership cutoff (today) does not apply anymore. June 28th will be regular AGM, while the Voting day has yet to be announced, but will be sometime later than June 28th.

Look like there is a little more interest on the Buy side of things today - gotta find some encouragement in the chaos.
