Hoov, we know that you are busy, but it would be nice to hear from you. How do you see the events as they are unfolding? Are you with us voting NO? Personally, I think that Daniel Major should resign or be fired, because he is not working in the interests of all shareholders. Never mind the conflict of interest he has been in ever since he accepted to become our CEO.
