1. How do you make a low-ball offer attractive? : Make it look like THEY are doing YOU a favor! Oh yes, here comes overprices White Paper Tiger to the rescue to get CMM profitable again. They will save CMM from themselves.

2. How to get shareholders to accept a low offer? Drive down shareprice with bad news. 85c looked stupid yesterday....amazing what 24 hr can do. So many people will willingly dump now.
