I don't think rumors of .85 cent paper offer from WTG have merit...it just wouldn't make sense at all.

I agree, 85 cents is simply grand theft.... The following quote from Carib at Stockigloo.com pretty much sums up how I see a WTG takeover. CMM shareholders should read this quote and really think hard about the ramifications to the inherent value in their CMM shares if a takeover is attempted....
