I just occurred to me that Peggy (and probably other major shareholders) bought large blocks of CMM stock at rock bottom prices. I believe she is also on the lookout for major money in connection with her later venture.

Therefore, we can almost consider such shareholders as in an entirely different camp than most retail holders on this Forum. Accordingly, we may be looking at any offer with an entirely different perspective and this stands to be to our detriment.

Any more ghosts in the closet?
