Duncan, you're not the only person I know who's waiting for a reply from Peter Brown.

In adddition to the telephone messages others are waiting for a reply to, I'm waiting for a reply to my written response to the June 16th NR and July 17th President's message. Both were full of huge contradictions from the AGM. They actually read like the garbage Cawker would write, when he really didn't want investors to know what the truth was.

The good part of the story is that there are only two ways this can go.

1. Put the wells on production and everyone is happy

2. Have Montello go under, new owners chosen by the courts get the Tennessee properties, they put the wells on production, and everyone finds out what a bunch of crooks Bill and the boys were. Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200.
