I didn't look up the exact numbers, but he has said that he has put in about $900 million. Subtracting about 200 million in debt leaves about $700 million. He owns about 42% of 289 million shares. So, his cost is in the neighborhood of $5.75 per share. This is not counting the warrants that he holds. Keep in mind this is a very rough back of the envelope guess.
