The news isn't "other corporate developments" (you are correct this is boilerplate used repeatedly).

It's that Phase III trials for AFREZZA are COMPLETE and a Phase II cancer vaccine FDA trial will soon be initiated. Go look up a MNKD quote on Yahoo finance and read the 1st news story.
