Well Nickel lets just say its a good thing that you are not in charge of any securities commission.

As far as your post saying his fund was third party managed, obviously it is not. If you want to twist the obvious to your liking (as you always have) that is your choice.

Since Gary was oh so good at shareholder communication I was just wondering if there was any chance he gave you a heads up.

And sorr,y the price if you checked, fell from $.19 to $.14 or 26% drop. Trading volume was thin as usual days before. No doubt the ASC looked at these "facts" and more before they pursued Gary.

Lets just hope that the ASC investigates all transactions and the beneficiaries of that Specfund.

I'm sure the people who sold their shares the day after the news release wouldn't mind seeing a few trade corrections.
