Not has been taken out already, if you read what they owe , who is funding them ...they are dying a slow death. This is why the vote went the way it did. The people controling Not want them all and then they will swallow us also.

A previous poster said something in regard to Frank, In my opinion Frank should have very well know what way the 2 biggest sh's were going to vote before even proposing this, he would have or should have been in contact with them.

I think Frank has done a great job in keeping us afloat, but his kicking water uphill still, unless he has some positive news to drop on us relly soon there will be a consolidation, then further dilition and ther existing sh's will be the ones suffering. He can have all things in place , but unless he can close the deal it means absolutly nothing!
