Cashin, you should probably read the news releases more carefully before you comment. The vote did not even go ahead, when they learned that the two large shareholders would not support the proposal.

Knowing what the outcome was going to be in mid-June, when the proposal was first put together, could also be difficult. To assume that Frank would be able to foretell the future at that point with complete certainty is placing a lot more faith in the best laid schemes o' mice an' men than I would care to gamble upon.
