"Cliffs has to file it's factum and compendium 60 days on or after March 2, 2015. In early May the clock starts ticking towards the Appeals Court's final Easement decision. The KWG negotiated Bold FanCamp Black Horse option extension to September 30, 2015, will bring us to righteousness in the appeal court." LB

LB, thanks for pointing out all the dates. KWG has finalized the filing on 2 March 2015. It's now up to CLF to do its part by early May. If this is not clear enough then it can be confirmed with KWG to be absolutely certain that this is not an assumption on our part (that KWG has done the filing by 2 March 2015). It's easy enough to check it out, call or e-mail Bruce.

BTW, just watched the AGO interview with Frank with respect to the "delisting". I would recommend that everyone should watch this video to clear quite a few potential misconceptions. It's not a stepdown...it's a lateral move (in fact KWG had a dual listing both with the TSX-V and the CSE). Delisting of TSX-V would save a bundle for doing something else. Main thing: Trading of KWG on the on-line discount brokers on the CSE is just like trading on the TSX-V, no change in liquidity or volume. BTW, KWG is also traded in Frankfurt, and OTC in the USA. In other words, one can buy or sell at will.
