Many uninformed want to whine looking for more of a hand out. These are usually the same groups that do not feel they should be transparent with the cash the Goverment dishes out to them. I say full disclosure of every red cent should be mandatory, or Zero further cash will be issued. Then and only then will all the BS between the FN themselves be dealt with and these projects could move forward benifiting all and creating wealth and better living conditions for all.They whine about polution in the rivers now, about unfit drinking water etc. They are the only ones up there now, and have been in some cases negligent in maintaining their own filtration systems......always someone elses problem, me for one am sick and tired of it and truly hope that Harper steps up and says enough is enough....this is how its going to be moving forward......................wishful thinking on my part lol
