without frank fully and completely explaining exactly what benifit to share holders is involved its a No vote from me. We have almost a billion shares outstanding, no real traction. Believe me i\ve been around since discovery time.....need some meat on the bone instead of more talk. Obviously i'm tired of waiting on the dangling carrot.
