Blackfly,

Good catch!

Now that the Prov has spoken in general term. I woud expect the following:

- Ontario would come out with more details on funding allocation for individual projects, a significant chunk would be for the RoF road infrastructure (alternate E-W road linking various FN communities to the South from Pickle Lake). This road would also serve as a supply road for initial development of NOT and KWG holdings, mine development, Ni, Chromite, RR construction, from at least 4 staging areas, etc...). Roads are the responsibility of the Prov, hence this would be a good starting point for an election preparation (good brownie points with voters)

- Rail: Fed responsibility, the Fed may come with an announcement with funding commitment for the NS railroad as a joint project (match funding) to integrate the Northland group in a Port Authority.

In fact, KWG has a complete package, the chromite deposits (count Black Creek in as a potential JV to be developed first), the railroad to transport the stuff out to a gas-fires chromite conversion plant. Perfect for Deloitte don't you think.

Just my spin folks.
