Surething why try to turn what I write into something else?
Ian Stewart has the opportunity to follow thru on his October 04/2010 NR at PDAC. I must admit he has not communicated with me since that NR and I am not sure who he has, but PDAC is a great opportunity to do so...................As I had stated earlier.

How long ago was that NR released? From where I'm sitting it looks like communicating directly and freely with investors and shareholders is still just one of Ian Stewarts desires.

It is exactly what I said..... stick to what you hear and see and it is exactly what I mean....It is my "desire" to hear exactly that from anyone who chooses to attend and make the effort to engage at the booth. Story is slang for company game plan and goals. Did you also miss the cetain degree of attitude in my post as well? Was I too simple?
"So let's just stick to what it is you guys can see and hear by attending" I'm assuming this means that you no longer desire comments on one of your previous statements: "I wonder what our story will be when a potential new investor approaches the exhibitors booth to ask what we are all about, what we are currently doing and where we are going"
I thought your choice of word "story" had pretty much nailed it.............. Silly me, I was under the impression that most investors/shareholders go to PDAC for facts and information, preferably verifiable ones.

Did it ever occur to you that lawyers will also be the ones advising in the first place and deciding on whether issues get to a lawsuit stage or legal action. Understood? Lawyers are to be consulted initially and advise accordingly. In fact there is a very good lawyer who sits on the BOD. I stand by my statement we need some better lawyers.

Perhaps it's not the fault of the lawyers that ISM engages. Did it never occur to you that it's the merit of the lawsuits that ISM engages them in, that should be questioned?
