First the NCIB. I don't think its ever the intention of ANY company to waste its capital to temporarily inflate ones stock price. Reality would soon kick in and send it down again. However if the firm wants to drive this up to $15, they can buy back my shares LOL. As far as Penson being the buy back-er, I would doubt it. The NR stated that some company called (First Cdn Capital ?would be doing the buy back. Even that would be too obvious, so they most likely use various other houses so not to tip their hand.
