These people feel righteously entitled to take other's money because they can. They steal from shareholders in many ways, outrightly via exhorbitant, self directed compensation ... as you posted and also by debasing the stock value. So they are stealing the devalued leftovers of many investor's original investment ... which may well be down to less than 10%. It is a derisive mockery of most longs here who watched the new gang plunder the ship after the old watch left. It has long been the contention of some here that this pubco was a direct target of those who took vengenace on the gold cartel by speaking the truth ... one of whom owned a fair amount of ECU.
