It has been my experience that, unless stocks are bought strictly for dividends, that every purchase and sale is about trying to manipulate. No-one wants to lose money and everyone who owns, is happiest when the value of their shares appreciate.

The difference in manipulation comes from who has the most money to invest.

IMHO banks should never be allowed into the markets, but if the money in the bank legally belongs to them, they have as much right to partake as you or I.

Change the rules and you change the game.

Suggest cries of "manipulation" stem more from jealousy and greed than fact.

"We live in interesting times"
