Just a thought. As Lute just pointed out, "roughly 1 out of 3 ( shares are ) owned by a group of 5 major institutional investors", who appear to be in for the long haul. This removes the short's worst fear. A take out offer that could drive the price much higher overnight ( but still much less than last year's $20.00 ) would never interest those 5 investors and so will never be made.

The good news for the rest of us is that AUM is unlikely to be scooped out from under us for a ridiculously low premium. The bad news is that the shorts will have us to kick around until we really begin to produce. Hopefully that will happen before the ECU $.70 warrants expire.
