Excellent post us usual Silverbull.
One small question; When you state the following,
"Had ECU hypothetically rallied to $1.40 upon some stellar MSZ drill results, I don't believe Golden Mineral would have accepted a 20 for 1 conversion rate. As a result, Golden Mineral may have insisted on a conversion rate of 28 to 1, and ECU shareholders would not have been any better off than they are now."
Aren't you reversing the numbers. I mean if ECU rose to $1.40 after stellar results wouldn't the conversion rate be lowered to 15 to 1 (rounded) and not increased to 28 to 1. $20 divided by $1.4 = app 15. This way it would have been ECU insisting on a smaller conversion rate? hence more profitable for ECU holders.
Not that this really matters as this point was really well explained on this board (Coach) that any increase in value for ECU would probably have been short lived given the longer term outlook.
