Cockerel, I can tell you that Michel really likes this deal and was instrumental in it's completion. He believes the merged company has serious upside. His 150,000 shares post deal will be worth the same as today and when AUM hits $50 they will be worth $7.5 million, etc. etc. He expects big things going forward and he is very familiar with the ECU assets of course and now also with the AUM assets and he was impressed with what they are doing.
