Very interesting report sent to me this morning by the second largest shareholder of ECU. I have never seen a report such as this before and the source, BUYINS.NET is being contacted. This very large shareholder believes that ECU may have as many as 20-25 million naked-shorts and has been interested in this subject for a long time and done lots of work on this subject. It's his view that ECU could have a move like Samex just experienced if the right circumstances fall into place, like yesterday’s 89% rally on 3 million shares that he feels had some significant short-covering.
