TD Ameritrade may allow U.S. investors easier access to Canadian equities, but the last time I checked the Canadian and U.S. operations were not full integrated and U.S. investors always seemed to get a better deal in terms of commisions. Maybe posters with TD Ameritrade accounts can provide further clarification.
