That was an enlightening piece from Argoz about those big miners coming on line soon with 30 million ounces or more of silver production each per year. I was unaware of such huge amounts and how close to production they are. That's a lot of silver and hopefully solar, medical, other industrial and and investment purposes will offset some or all of that as Argoz points out.
If ECU is only a few years away from huge silver production itself, they will be adding another large amount of silver into the market about the same time, and possibly a little later, as those new 30 million ounce producers. It will be interesting to see if any of this adversely affects the price of silver down the road.
It's fortunate that ECU has gold and other minerals which could add greatly to ECU's appeal as time goes by and offset any flat or decrease in the price of silver should that happen.
To me, just another situation to keep an eye on.
