I think you may have misunderstood the Company's April 15 news release, summerson, which gives notice of the Definitive Agreement, which supersedes the previously announce LOI. The 120 day financing deadline arises after Uragold successfully completes the First Option, which involves the completion of certain documents, and the obtaining of a number of permits related to mine development. It will be many months from now before the proper authorizations can be obtained, and the mill financing stage, with its 120 day timeline, commences.

I have previously posted about the circumstances that pertain with respect to the share consolidation. I hope you will find yours answer in my earlier responses.
