Glorieux - This is all well and good, however the company (Frank) needs to advise if there will be a delay then why and a revised date prior to Friday. They (we) paid the price last year for not meeting self imposed deadlines and they cannot allow a deadline to come and go without some formal annoucement as apposed to advising shareholders individually who ask the right questions.

Again I say the Market will not accept Delays very well of any Kind or for any Reason!
