When are some posters to this forum going to grasp that it is absolutely NOT in the company's interest to do a PP at a lower price.

I do NOT see any conspiracy theories at work, here.

The PP will be done at the best price the company feels the market will bear, when the best time is ripe before we run out of operating cash, which is NOT imminent.

But I suppose that we are going to revisit this topic over and over again, aren't we??

And while we are here, while there can be some advantages to investing in a PP because of price and warrants, there can be severe disadvantages because of restricted trading holds.

There are legions who regretted ever putting their money into a PP.
