May I suggest to my fellow troubled shareholders that Frank and his motley crew NOT be given the right to dilute us further, and seek further funds in order to continue the unrestricted spending spree to failure.

I have respectfully voted against the resolutions and the complete board.

In junior mining, we take our chances...but I suspect, based on past performance, that here, the dice are loaded against the GNH shareholders.

Yes, we were stupid people who lost our investment....

But, the questions are:

Was there or is there malfeasance or simple mismanagement, or both?

I still do not have my voting forms, and may seek an injunction if they do not arrive very soon.

Any others with no documentation??

When did they arrive?

I hold shares in 4 different accounts, and so far have received NOTHING!

I sense a BIG problem, here....

As of this moment, this observer has received no voting information for the share consolidation.

Apparently, I am not alone....

When was it sent?

This observer can see absolutely no compelling reason for the proposed GNH share re-organization.

If there is one, by all means, let's hear it!

There have already been more than enough errors of judgement in the operation of rhis company....

As of now, I will definitely be voting "NO" to the stock conversion.
