Sasha followed up further with Douchane, who recently sold some shares and which was reported as Insider Trading.

Andre Douchane had 200,000 options expiring April 10, 2011. He resigned as a director in February, 2008. His options lapsed 90 days after without any being exercised.

I guess the 20k shares he sold were ones he had on his own.

A non-event in my opinion but I suppose the optics of an "Insider" selling is never a good thing, no matter what. I haven't checked to see if this is on the INK Insider Report yet, but 20k shares is nothing to get excited about in any situation.

More cleansing but at least this guy got more than 20 cents a share unlike Hoel!
