I believe they are still behind on the annual audited financial statements for December 31, 2012. They had to be filed by March 31, 2013 (someone can correct me if I am wrong).

Hopefully not too much longer - if the quarterly were done in June maybe the December 31 audit will be done by the end of July. They must have found an auditor.

Any predictions on what happens when we get relisted?
