As we drift down to 0.05, don't we have to consider just selling all the assets of the company and get what we can for them? We may be further ahead than a merger/share issue/consolidation.......

Well I didn't see this coming so soon (Dimitri was off on his prediction too). Does this mean the new regime can blame all the guys who have left for the mess we are in? If so, does the new regime take all the credit if things rebound?

I don't care as long as the share price gets back to 0.24 so i can make my $100 grand back....

Just got a proxy voting form for one of my accounts. I haven't received all of them but when I do I am voting against the 1 for 5 reverse share split. If it happens I believe the new shares will be at 20 cents before you know it. I have 800,000 shares but I know they wouldn't put this motion on the table unless they had the votes.

Does anyone think we will survive long enough to turn this disastar around?

Looks like someone held on as long as they could and they decided today was the day to clean out their 1,000,000 shares. I try to take comfort in that someone bought them.

Maybe they are averaging down from $4.50...............

I never thought I would see the day that a company with almost no income, no infrasture and only possibility of production would be worth more than SGR.

Perception must be the holding us back, or in my case being burned too often by management.

Any guesses on how long mangagement needs to turn things around? Or any guesses on how soon the shares are consolidated and we lose even more?
