Failing to file financials on time is very unprofessional and we deserve to be suspended. It is the only way the TSX Venture can ensure against scams and crooked companies. They can't accept excuses for delays. Heads should roll over this. I don't care how valid the CFO's reasons were - the company should never have put itself in this position.

The company should immediately issue a press release explaining what happened and how they are going to ensure it never happens again.
