The problem, IMHO, Been There, is that you do not delete offending posts. They should be removed from view as soon as possible, to limit their provocative nature to the extent possible.
When you are processing a violation, there is a checkbox beneath the drop down menu that lets you choose between warning a poster and banning them. Even if you are only warning a poster, please ensure that you delete any post that you determine is a violation, by checking that box.
If you don't delete the post in the manage violations board, please remove the post from view on the hub itself. You can remove any post from view that you could have deleted during the violation review process. There's a yellow banner across each post that you can remove from view.
Been There, I have seen numerous posts that you have determined to be violations still being recommended because they have not been removed from view. They remain visible, a nd continue to provoke further violations. If you wish to suppress the violators of the six rules, and their compatriots, please do all that you can to block the provocative posts from view.
