Correct. No sense in complaining about management when only about 20% of o/s shares are voted.

Peter will retire eventually and you can bet your bottom dollar that he'll certainly get the SP much

higher in order to take advantage of the shares he holds.

Unfortunately, my bank won't increase my LOC to $15m/$20m. They just don't understand.

Maybe I should try a Chinese bank, their lending practices seem to be less averse to risk.

Better days ahead ... or months?
