As I once pointed out, according to the Quebec Corporations Register, the only listed shareholders of The Magpie Mines Inc are Mr Smith, Mr De Quadros and Mr Kamaleddine. This does not exclude the presence of other shareholders (like Fancamp and Sheridan) since the Register allows only 3 names to be posted. But given this disclosure, it's easy to speculate that the "third parties" owning the balance of the Magpie shares may in fact be the above-mentioned Trio...

By the way, Mr Granger is still registered as a director of The Magpie Mines Inc:
