Could you show the map from info mine or provide a link for the map that you found on InfoMine? If it can not be attached then you could refer to Figure 2 of Magpie Technical Report, July 2009 and show the part that owned by "BullRun" (what is BullRun's full name?) so that this can be checked out. Is that part substantial compared to Magpie's yellow and red claims and located within the deposit areas?

However, as long as the deposit is located within Magpie's claims there should be no concern or consequence with respect to partial ownership. In other words, even if there is a small parcel (belongs to some company, e.g. BullRun) that falls smack in the middle of Magpie properties, Magpie/(the operator FNC) would just simply leave those claims alone and explore around it.

BTW, as I recall, Magpie is owned by 3 entities

- FNC: 46.7%

- Sheridan: 46.7%

- A 3rd party (don't remember the name): 6.8%

You should check this out as part of your DD.
