Because you called me dumb, I will say that you clearly do not understand the concept of operatorship. Falcon has no say whatsoever about the timing, design or cost of any operations. If this bird is going to fly, its going to be because another party lifts it up and chucks it across the room. Their success (or failure) is 100% in the hands of a different entity. What could they have done otherwise? Nothing -- my point exactly.
